1 cup Bulgarian yogurt (or greek yogurt)
1 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup sunflower oil (or other vegetable oil)
200g white cheese (feta works too)
Preheat oven to 200 C.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Add the soda to the yogurt, stir and when it starts rising add to the eggs.
Slowly add the oil to the egg and yogurt mixture.
Add as much flour as to make the mix with the density of a normal cake batter.
Add the crumbled white cheese and mix.
Cover the baking dish with oil. Add about a spoon of flower in it and spread the flour until the whole dish is covered. Turn the dish upside down over the sink and let the excess flour drop.
Add the cheesy batter to the baking dish. Even out and put in oven for 30-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Note that if the cheese you use is not salty, you may need to add some salt in the batter too.
